Mid August is traditionally dedicated to Rosia Montana. Wherever you are between\u00a08-15 August<\/strong>, pop over at Ro\u0219ia Montan\u0103. We, volunteers in the Adopt a House<\/em>\u00a0programme and supporters of the area\u2019s sustainable development, leave the tools aside for one week and learn from local craftsmen how to make shingle, how to work on wood and how a dry stone wall (\u201dmaur\u201d) is built. We invite you all to take part in the guided tours and the demonstrative workshops during the day, and in the evening to warm up either at the tales by the fire with local people, or at a film screening. Eight days of activities for those who want to discover and rediscover Ro\u0219ia Montan\u0103 and Corna – the neighbouring village – in the light of their heritage and people.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
